i found arda to be very helpful and attentive i was grateful for this assistance. the room was very clean and well maintained i especially liked the crisp linens. i also thought the location was ideal it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the street outside was quite noisy at times i found it difficult to sleep. the breakfast selection was somewhat limited i was hoping for more variety. also the gym was smaller than i anticipated it had only a few machines.

the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of pastries.
I was pretty annoyed the 'beautiful' room was so small. it barely had space to move around (maybe 15 square meters?). the tv remote didn't work. I asked for help, but nothing happened during my entire stay. i found that unacceptable.

the staff was super nice and helpful. they helped us order a meal late at night! the rooms are clean and new. i would definitely come back if i have work in the area again! the coffee and tea available at reception were a nice touch, especially after a long day.
the hotel is located on a downhill slope, the roads are narrow.
